SHIPPING & EXCHANGES
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout. Rates vary depending upon the size and weight of your package.
Local pick-up, in downtown Columbia, SC, is available. Please choose the local pick-up option at checkout and you will receive an email with pick-up instructions once your order is ready.
Should you have any special circumstances that require expedited shipping or any special instructions, please email hello@jackpaperco.com, and we will do our best to help.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible should it get lost. If you would like a signature confirmation, shipping insurance or alternate expedited shipping methods, please email hello@jackpaperco.com at the time of your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Once a custom order has been submitted for printing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your products, please email hello@jackpaperco.com with an explanation, order number, and a picture of the item. If it is determined that the quality of the product printing itself is not as expected, Jack Paper Co. will either reprint the card for free or issue a refund for the order. However, if the dissatisfaction is due to an error made on behalf of the customer, Jack Paper Co. will not be responsible for reprinting or issuing a refund. We understand that mistakes can happen. If after approving the proof and receiving the item in the mail, you notice a mistake with the text, we will reprint your item for a fee. You will be sent a reprint invoice that will include the cost of shipping, if applicable.
SALES TAX
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipping outside of South Carolina. For all orders shipping within South Carolina, the local sales tax will apply according to the shipment destination.

At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
